Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our designated AU/NZ processing center and drop it off at your local post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
